CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I was exactly where you are 22 months ago when our family of five (mom, dad & three big boys) received the referral of our beautiful daughter from China. We made the trip as a family and had the most incredible time. My three teen sons are SO in love with their little sister, and are so gentle and loving with her, it's heartwarming and wonderful.
I know your boys will adore Macy Li just as much. I don't know if it's in your plans or in your budget, but I would HIGHLY recommend them accompanying you on your trip to China -- what an amazing experience it is for these American kids to experience the shock, beauty and culture of China. The trip bonded my three boys with our Katie so incredibly tightly.
As it stands, one little princess just isn't enough (poor Katie gets fought over by her big brothers) so we leave for China in just 9 days to bring home sister Elizabeth...
Don't be surprised if there is a mei mei to Macy Li out there in your future!
