Told you!

It's almost 4am and I was able to wake her right on schedule...again...at 3 am. She gave me a bottle and now we're playin' a little nerf football. She's showing me snaps, long-snaps, hand-offs, options, kick-offs, punting and is helping me with my passing game. Who needs BOYS anyway?!

Too funny! I hope you both get back to sleeping all night soon. I don't think I'm ready for that again!!

I know getting up is isn't fun, but my little guy sleeps through the night now and I sort of miss those quiet super-early mornings where we would just cuddle over a bottle. But of course, that is very easy to say...now that I am no longer sleep deprived!

I am just a lurker but I can't begin to tell you just how much I have enjoyed your blog. Your love for your daughter, and hers for you, are shining through. The humor is great too. Thanks so much for sharing!

Hi,

I second what Kat said, I have truly enjoyed and appreciated your journey, it is one I will be making one day (1/2007 LID). The love your family has is inspiring and it appears your entire town is in love with your baby girl..If I ever moved out of Texas, this southern girl would move to your town! It sounds so embracing. Keep the stories and pictures coming.

Hope that you and she are getting some naps during the daytime! Take it easy -- some day jet lag will be a thing of the past.

Macy Li,
Ya think we should start letting our moms sleep through the night again? They're so out of practice getting up with us babies, it's kinda funny watching them try to adjust to having us, huh?
Let me know what you think!
